General with Bike $1
General public and students.

Seniors $.50
Ages 65+ (proof of ID required)


Children Ride Free
Ages 5 or younger; accompanied by a fare-paying responsible person ages 16+.


Accessible with Mobility Device $.50
If you have an ADA, Medicare, or Medi-Cal card or are traveling with a mobility device.


College ID
Passengers with a college ID from Moorpark College, Oxnard College, Ventura College, California Lutheran University, and California State University Channel Islands can ride free.



Mobility Devices
Vehicles are ADA accessible and equipped to transport wheelchairs and scooters.


Service Animals and Pets
Service animals must be on a harness or leash at all times. Non service animals must be in a DOT approved carrier which fits on lap or under the seat.


Car Seats and Boosters
Children’s car seats or boosters must be provided by riders.

Vehicles are equipped to carry strollers, bicycles, and baggage. If bringing a bike, select “General w/Bike” when booking your ride.

1 minute for ambulatory passengers, and 5 minutes for ADA passengers.

As of April 19, 2022, masks are no longer required while riding public transportation. However, masks are still encouraged, and drivers will provide a mask for any passenger who requests one.

Moorpark City Transit Bus, Metrolink, VCTC Bus

  • Children’s car seats or boosters must be provided by passengers.
  • California law requires all children under two years old to ride in a rear-facing car seat, unless the child weighs 40 or more pounds OR is 40 or more inches tall. Children under the age of eight are required to be secured in a car or booster seat.

At this time there are no fees for no shows or ride cancellations.

Items will be held at City of Moorpark City Hall.
